Biography

Received his M.D. degree from Hengyang Medical College in 1985

Obtained his M.S. and Ph.D. degree at Sun Yat-sen Medical University of China in 1991 and 1996 respectively

Studied as a visiting scholar at LSU eye center in 1992

Worked as a post-doc at Bascom Palmer Eye Institute from 1997 to 1999

Prof Dr. Zuguo Liu is international famous expert in cornea, ocular surface and dry eye.

Xiamen Eye Center of Xiamen University was established in 1997. Main aiming is for serving Eye Care. After 10 years efforts it was recognized as a Tertiary Eye Hospital by local government and A National Key Specialty Hospital recognized by MOH, Xiamen Medical Center of Eye Diseases recognized by Xiamen Health Bureau in 2023 and Fujian Province Key Laboratory of Ophthalmology and Vision Science.
